Meeting up with PB and Ah-Hia at their highly recommended Bat-kut-Teh stall in KL for lunch.
By the time we reached Cameron Highlands, it's already evening time.
Wanna go pick strawberries de, but alamak!
Never thought that strawberries actually grow from within its flowers.
The petals just drop, leaving the "core", which is the strawberry liao!
One of the things we do while we are bored from waiting
Houses at the highland
After the disappointment of not being able to PYO-S, we went for the supposedly must-eat steamboat dinner. (that's where BB took the carpark attendant pic. :s)
It's nothing extraordinary actually.
Everyone decided that this is not exactly a place to stay for 2 nights; so we set off to another location on the very next day! But before that, we have to visit the so-called places of interest!
03.05.2008
One moment it's empty; the next moment it's full!
That's them making their selection
In order to get to and fro the farm, we gotta cross this fragile looking "bridge". The girls were sooo scared...
(sometimes I wonder am I not a girl? hmmm...)
After the Strawberries, it's the Plants cum Flowers.
Her Gar gotta get some cactus for Ah-Bui, so there we go!
A "mountain" of cactus??
The Tea Plantation
A Cuppa-T at the T is refreshing!
and YES... that's DT breaking his non-carbo diet!
All because of this irresistable SCONE topped with butter, jam and fresh cream!
Due to the rain, we are only able to view the bees in an enclosed box.
Was still thinking will have the chance to wear those masks!
Specially stopped by to catch the waterfall
Off to another location! - Genting
& Surprisingly, it is actually colder than Cameron!
