WW Technical dinner

Today, we went to Swissotel Merchant Court for Technical Department Dinner.
- Dinner Buffet!
This is my 1st formal dinner with them.

Altogether, there are 30 of us!
(although there's still quite a handful who din attend)



& LOOK who's the "special guest" for the dinner...

Something About Pinky

Piglet (ピグレット, "Piguretto") is a small pig who is the best friend of Winnie-the-Pooh. Despite the fact that he is a "Very Small Animal" with a generally timid disposition, he often conquers his fears and seems to want to be brave.
In the original color versions of Ernest H. Shepard's illustrations in the Winnie-the-Pooh books, Piglet has white skin and a green jumper. (Disney's interpretation of Piglet has pink skin and a darker-pink jumper.) He is the second shortest of the animals, with only Roo being slightly smaller (although they are close enough in size that Kanga cannot tell the difference when Piglet jumps in her pouch instead of Roo). His voice is described as "squeaky".

Piglet's favorite food is haycorns (acorns actually). At one point he plants one just outside his house, in hopes of someday having a handy supply.

Piglet lives in a "very grand house in the middle of a beech tree" in the Hundred Acre Wood, next to a sign which says "TRESPASSERS W". According to Piglet, that is short for "Trespassers William", his grandfather's name. Later in The House at Pooh Corner, Eeyore mistakenly offers Piglet's house as a new home for Owl, after Owl's house had blown down. Piglet does a "Noble Thing" and agrees to let Owl have the house, at which point Pooh asks Piglet to live with him and Piglet accepts.

Some Truth?

I have nothing to blog for the past week or so... Probably because I have been really tied down with rushing in for last month's figures. That's why no updates here...till now, beginning of yet another month! But, still no 灵感 .

Tis evening read the newspaper while I was standing in the train on my way hm.. read a survey that stated.. Singaporean love/voted the word "LOVE 爱" & like to talk abt "love" the most. Equal rate with England. LOVE is the mostly voted .. out of the these words (Peace, Family, Mum, Dream, Cool) .. but it's not tis article tat makes me wanna blog, but infact is wats coming up & wat u gonna read through..tat makes me wanna blog t9..............
It's super meaningful... I really duno y... my eyes just filled wif tears when I jus read it out silently through my voice & it jus moved my heart..... It's really makes you pause to think abt the person I've met @ times those struggles in me, the feeling of a failed relationship..who i will meet and when is it happen, wat will be the ending, will i be happy, how long to wait for it, is it worth... wat is LOVE... if can, read slowly "through ur voice to ur heart..."
