Natalac Moringa Oleifera Lam. Malunggay Capsules

Helping my friend advertise this product called Natalac.

This NATURAL post natal supplement is for Mummies with difficulties in breastfeeding, helping them to increase their milk production.

Moringa Oleifera/Malunggay leaves or Natalac (capsules form) is a natural post natal health supplement which is available only in Philippines. So my friend is trying to get orders to bring in to Singapore.

I have personally tried it and feel that it's much better than Fenugreek!
It's so good and that's why I'm thinking of sharing with mums who have the same problem as me during that time when I can only get a miserable amt of milk out after 30min of pump! Not even enough for half a feed!
However, after consuming this Natalac for just 2 days, I managed to up the supply quite substantially!

Natalac Capsule contains 250mg (dry weight) of quality Moringa Oleifera leaves (Malunggay Leaves) rich in Iron, Calcium and Phosphorus and is ideal for lactating mothers whose breastmilk provides the best nourishment and most natural way of caring for infants.

1 box of Natalac Moringa Oleifera Lam. Malunggay Capsules (100 capsules) is at SGD$50

You can email me or leave a comment with your email address if you are interested.

Spree-ing

Had picked up an expensive hobby recently...
ONLINE SHOPPING & SPREE-ING!!!

Online shopping has so convenient and safe that everyday I will check out the sites and look for new things to buy. I'm saved from all the crowd-hassle and further more, I had never really like going shopping!

With the ever-ready shopping sites, I have become so broke as a result... :(

Sadistic

French father charged after son killed in washing machine

Police in France have charged a 33-year-old father with murder after he allegedly killed his three-year-old son by stuffing him into a washing machine and turning it on.

The man, identified in reports as Christophe Champenois, was charged with "murder of a minor" late Sunday in the city of Meaux near Paris, court sources said.

The boy's mother was charged with failing to prevent a crime and failing to assist a person in danger.

Both were held without bail.

A source connected with the case said the child appeared to have died from "a blow to the head".

Neighbours said the boy, Bastien, died Friday after his father put him naked in the washing machine to punish him for getting into trouble at nursery school.

A neighbour who gave her name only as Alice told journalists that she had seen the boy's body after his mother had come to her apartment for help.

"I took the little boy in my arms, he was frozen, completely naked. He was all white, limp, practically like a toy," said Alice, who lives in the same apartment building as the couple in Germiny L'Eveque, a town of 1,300 people.

Alice said the boy's mother had attempted to resuscitate him with heart massage but failed.

A source connected with the inquiry said the man was denying the charges and asserting that the boy had fallen down the stairs.

But witness testimony and tests on the body were "consistent with the fact that the child was put into a washing machine," the source said.

The source said the father had apparently been punishing the boy for misbehaving at his nursery school and said the child had been repeatedly abused, including by being locked up for hours in a cupboard.

What exactly is wrong with this man??!

testing My authority

My Jovan has started IGNORING me! >:(
So angry and SAD at the same time. It started last night when he just glanced at me for 1sec and turned away immed after that. This morning, he did it AGN!
He'd usually give me a big big smile when I look at him and greet him in the morning. But tdy? He glanced at me for 1sec ONLY agn before continue playing with his toy! And he din respond to me no matter how I call him. Hrmf!

Saw from Babycenter this morning of this:
" Your baby may have started testing your authority -- refusing to follow your directions just to see what happens. Try not to get angry; she's simply curious, not deliberately disobedient. It's all part of becoming independent. "

So, I should just take it in my stride huh... :s

CHEEKY boy

Hmmm.... Does anyone still blog now that FB is ever-ready for status updates and photo uploads?

HappyCall

It's been a long, looooooooong time since I last pen something in here.
Got recommended to this blog and it "inspired" me to start blogging agn.(hopefully will continue)

Wonder who still comes in here though... Anyway,

Since it's MamaBliss that has motivated me to start blogging, I shall post some pics of my experiments with HappyCall Pan too!

Have been wanting to buy this double-sided pan ever since saw the advert on Channel U every weekend morning. But din as tot was too exp for a pan and not knowing whether I will even cook anot! Until I saw a BP from SMH that's selling at almost half the price, den I tot mai-tu-liao! Just buy 1st la! keke...

Started with steak, and its a real big success!
Cooked the meat for about 10min at medium fire and got a medium-done steak!
Added some black pepper sauce over it and yummy yum yum! :)

The next 2 experiments weren't too successful though...
Cooked the fish for about 8min at low fire and the fish remains uncooked.
Decided to flip the pan and cook for another 10min, but the color of the fish still looked raw! (tot fish is supposed to be easily cooked??) Anyway, left it on the stove for another 5min, only then it's done. Din look appealing though...

CHICKEN
Since low fire doesn't really work, decided to cook the drumsticks for about 10min at high fire.
Result was... BURNT at one side and meat still not fully cooked! Alamak!
(Pic showing the nicer side - of course)

Conclusion is, if want to cook in this pan, best to use ONLY medium-low fire! As for timing-wise leh, really gotta trial and error le... haha...

Minus points for this pan are:
1. Not easy to wash as the 2 sides can't be dismantled or opened flat - 1 side of the pan will definitely be titled. So when wanna wash, have to tilt to another side after washing 1 side. Troublesome.
2. Can't see the interior when cooking, so have to keep opening and "clicking" the pans to check if food is cooked (since haven't grasp the timing yet)

Shall post more pics if I experiement agn!
