Citing the scenario from 最火搭档 2 about Tay Ping Hui's health situation...
If one day, you have been diagnosed to have a brain tumour, and you have 2 choices:
1. Leave it, knowing that you are left with only a limited time.
2. Get it out and be a half-moron and suffer from various severe after-effects.
Which would you choose?
Life is unpredictable...
But if you know that you are going to die tomorrow, what will you do?
Or, if you know that I am going to die tomorrow, what will you do?

my choice would be no 1.
but i will enjoy every single day when i am still alive and treasure every moment with my family and close friends.
